Your First Appointment

If it is your first visit, we look forward to, if you choose, giving you a short tour of our state of the art office and a chance to meet some of my wonderful staff.

It is helpful to bring the following for your first visit:

• An up to date list of medical conditions and allergies
• An up to date list of your medications including vitamin supplements
• Information about your healthcare providers, including all of your doctors and their phone numbers
• Your previous dentist and x-ray records (if applicable)
• Your dental insurance information
• Your dentures, partials, night guards or any other appliances, even if you don't wear them

Your first appointment wil be about 90 minutes in length. It may include a set of full mouth x-rays or bite-wing x-rays, prophylaxis, and exam. If you require a deeper cleaning, fillings or any other dental work, we will schedule those accordingly.
